- One kitchen, one living room, one dining room are included in the price.
- If there is a family room, great room, office, den, porch or an extra living room it will be counted as an additional bedroom.
- Emergency charges may apply if services are needed immediately or on a weekend during the summer.
For an additional charge of $37.50 per man/hour our firm is providing the following services:
- Changing Linens and Make Beds
- Clean Sliding Door Tracks
- Wash Blinds
- Dust Blinds
- Clean Refrigerator & Freezer
- Clean Outside Grill
- Party assistance (clean up during and after party)
(If any of these services ordered together with regular house cleaning there is no minimum charge, otherwise minimum charge is $75 (2 man/hours))
